Balmoral Court lies within the grounds of the world famous Gleneagles Hotel and as such exudes the same feel of wealth and exclusivity. The existing houses however were designed in the 1970’s and are very much representative of the style of that era. The bedrooms are small, the main living areas are disjointed and the main entrance is difficult to locate

While our Client’s adore the setting of their home, they recognise these short-comings and we propose to alter and extend the house to provide a new luxurious master bedroom suite, a new guest bedroom suite, a new kitchen and breakfast room and a new entrance and stair which re-orientates the circulation within the house.
