This house is typical of many terraced properties in Edinburgh with a pitched roof to the front half of the roof and a felted flat roof to the rear. Our Client’s growing family require more space and another bathroom and so our proposals are to build a new master bedroom suite to the rear of the pitched roof. The new stair takes the place of the old bathroom and the new bathroom occupies the old guest bedroom. The new master bedroom has a terrace looking out over magnificent views of the Firth of Forth.
